Set Up A Producer Account
We are very pleased that you are interested in selling your produce through Stroudco. Please email your contact details to info@stroudco.org.uk (no obligation!) and we will phone you to talk things through. There are some notes about how Stroudco works below.
Stroudco Food Hub is a not-for-profit social enterprise set up as a co-operative of food producers (both small and large) and food consumers. We want trading to be a good deal for you as well as a good deal for the consumer members and we will discuss how you price your products so that everyone benefits.
Whatever price we agree, you will receive 88% of the selling price, the remaining 12% will help to cover Stroudco’s running costs.
You will be able to set up your products on the Stroudco website and specify a stock level (so if you only want to sell 2 jars of jam, we will make sure we only take that many orders). You can also choose which weeks you trade.
On a Thursday morning we will send you a list of what we have sold for you that week. You then need to deliver those products to us at any time up to 10.30am on the Saturday to Stroud Valleys School on Castle Street, GL5 2HP. We will pay you immediately by cheque or bank transfer.
